Good tutorial well worth the cash. I’am finding some parts harder to follow being near the first time I’ve messed with wordpress’s back-end. One other small thing you might want to fix, I’m on part 2 and I’ve started to notice that you have spelled color wrong several times it’s color not colour^^.
Looks good, going to check out a few other ones, but will be back to purchase this one; at these sale prices there really is no downside here.
Oh, and @Jerm993? He is spelling ‘colour’ correctly – he’s British (see the little flag on his profile??), and that is the way it is spelled there. Colour is actually the original spelling. Websters’ changed it to -or in the 1600’s; but British English retained it as -our. Don’t they teach word origins in school anymore?
I just now started with WP. Please upgrade this why not? I really want to learn current information or this tutorial should be Wordpress beginner to only slightly lost.

I got the full tut in the WP Bday Bundle a few months back and have started following along using a local install on my Mac and MAMP .
I got past Step 1 and suddenly I am faced with the white screen of death when I try to login… any thoughts?
Sorry, I realize this is one of the most aggravating of questions as you have no idea what I’ve set up on my end – suffice it to say that I have copied and pasted the code you supplied verbatim, and boink – white screen.
Thoughts?
